Customers want the right number of parts on the right date, and we deliver on both counts. We understand that late deliveries can impact customer costs, and we take great pride in delivering on time, every time. Occasionally things happen over which we have no control, but we meet delivery dates 99+% of the time.

Warranty

Our objective is complete customer satisfaction. Our warranty is the best in the business. If our products do not meet specifications, they will be replaced or modified at our cost. We stand behind everything that we produce.

Value Engineering

We believe that our responsibilities extend beyond routinely meeting minimum specifications. Our extensive expertise enables us to identify potential production problems and opportunities to reduce production costs for our customers. In many cases, we have added value to a project by suggesting product modiffications that improved customer cost and/or quality.
